“Before working with Jackie, I had a mild case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She showed me the steps to get off the medication I was on (Zelnorm) including diet, colonics, and a vitamin regimen which literally saved my life! Months later news came out that the medication I was on was recalled for causing heart attacks! Learning my body wasn’t getting the nutrients it needed to function properly was a big lesson. I also learned that eating organic food does make a big difference.

In terms of exercise, the systematic changing of the exercises keeps me motivated, I never got bored! We work out in the gym, the park, and do yoga in my living room. My strength has increased greatly. I am able to feel myself balancing to put on shoes without holding on to anything. I am able to lift tables and chairs with no problem. I am able to run and bike without getting out of breath. I feel really proud of myself and the consistency with which we work out gives me great confidence.
